Helios Batteries was founded in 2020 in Chennai, India, to build lithium-ion packs that are engineered around the vehicle and duty cycle they serve, rather than adapted from a generic cell format.
What started as a focused two-wheeler pack shop has grown into a full pack house — covering scooters and motorcycles, light commercial and cargo vehicles, industrial equipment, and drones. Chemistry selection, battery management system design, mechanical engineering, and testing all happen under one roof, so every pack that ships has been engineered, not assembled from a catalog.
